Role Overview:

Oneminers is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead and scale our Philippines-based marketing team. This is a managerial, on-site role requiring a proven leader with at least 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, including SEO, community engagement, and people management.This position is not open to junior or entry-level candidates. Only applicants with demonstrated experience managing marketing teams will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the PH marketing team, ensuring high performance and accountability
• Own and execute SEO strategy, content optimization, and organic growth initiatives
• Drive community engagement strategies across digital platforms
• Develop and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and marketing reports for leadership
• Coordinate and report across cross-functional teams and departments (Product, Operations, Leadership)
• Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and overall business objectives
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, and continuous optimization

Mandatory Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience
• Proven experience managing and leading a marketing team
• Strong background in SEO, digital marketing, and community management
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Demonstrated ability to report, present insights, and coordinate across departments
• Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environmen

Applicants without prior marketing management experience will not be considered.

Preferred / High-Value Qualifications

• Experience scaling marketing teams or functions
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
• Familiarity with performance marketing tools, analytics platforms, and SEO frameworks
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
• Background in tech, crypto, fintech, or digital platforms is a strong advantage

Work Arrangement

• On-site position only (This role is not WFH or remote)
