Job Description: BRAND MANAGER

This role will spearhead consumer ideation, crafting the brand/product, market entry strategy, product development, go-to-market strategy, and integrated marketing plans to ensure new product is able to generate awareness, conversion and retention among dealers and end consumers.


These roles are tasked to ensure on time launch of new products or brands that deliver against targets and generate profitability.


Responsibilities

Strategic Thinking

  • Develop brand strategy and roadmap, and craft marketing plans aligned with overall strategy.
  • Recommend new go-to-market strategies to create brand demand, build credibility, deepen consumer engagement, and drive the innovation roadmap.
  • Identify best practices and innovative ideas to serve as a springboard for brand planning.

Brand & Project Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage assigned new products, keeping timelines in mind and guided by consumer insights, company strategic goals, and financial considerations.
  • Analyze market intelligence data to inform brand plans.
  • Identify and summarize industry trends and their implications for the brand.
  • Analyze products and competitive brands to recommend strategies for gaining a competitive edge and brand differentiation.

Planning & Execution

  • Execute initiatives flawlessly and on time, focusing on critical initiatives that deliver maximum business results.
  • Ensure quality execution of assigned products and conduct post-launch evaluations to assess performance against targets, identify key learnings, and implement corrective actions.
  • Integrate marketing plans with budgets to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets during product launches.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in end-to-end product development and brand management, ideally in Beauty, Personal Care, or Health categories within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies and plans, including leading new product launches from insight to commercialization.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in brand presentation and coordination with purchasing teams and suppliers.
  • Flexible to report onsite Mondays – Fridays in Ortigas Center, Pasig (office-based) and as needed at Sumulong Highway, Antipolo (warehouse).
