Description

  • Assist in the design and development of training programs, workshops, and seminars, including learning module creation, learning objectives, and instructional materials (e.g., handouts, presentations, case studies).  
  • Secure and manage training locations, including booking venues, arranging room setup, and coordinating audio-visual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and updated training records, including attendance, evaluations, and progress reports.
  • Provide ongoing support to participants throughout the training process, addressing questions and resolving issues. 
  • Develop convincing marketing content across various formats, including vlog posts, articles, social media updates, email newsletters, website copy, brochures, and presentations.  
  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).  
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for training programs.  
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and promotion of online webinars, live workshops, conferences, and other promotional events. 
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing needs. 

Requirements

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree in any business related course
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Proficient in MS Office, Canva and Capcut
  • Detail-oriented, organized and hardworking
