- Manage the deck team, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of the ship's deck.
- Coordinate deck operations and execute navigation plans.
- Participate in training new sailors to enhance team skills.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly.
- Maintain communication equipment to ensure seamless information flow.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Skills and Abilities: Familiar with ship operations, excellent leadership and communication skills, knowledge of safety regulations
- Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for deck operations, monitoring crew work, ensuring safe navigation
- Working Conditions: Working at sea, adaptable to various weather conditions
- Qualities and Characteristics: Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, high adaptability
