We are currently looking for a Bookkeeper to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a remote setting and is ready to take the lead in managing financial processes with precision and integrity.


Your Role

  • You will work full-time with the Client company
  • Participate in bi-weekly team meetings
  • Receive monthly performance reviews

We’re looking for a high-ownership, detail-obsessed Bookkeeper who does more than just check boxes—someone who thrives on solving problems, finishing strong, and taking full accountability for deliverables. You’ll join an experienced team supporting a fast-growing firm that’s committed to operational excellence and building long-term client trust


Responsibilities

  • Own all bookkeeping responsibilities for a portfolio of small business clients
  • Accurately post and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Reconcile accounts with precision and consistency
  • Prepare and review financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.) for internal review
  • Flag discrepancies and follow through to resolution—don’t let small roadblocks stall the work
  • Document and escalate blockers clearly and early so the team can move quickly
  • Coordinate with internal U.S.-based leads (not directly with clients)
  • Support process improvement and SOP creation as we scale the team
  • Work U.S. business hours with reliability, availability, and clear communication

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Proven success managing multiple sets of books with precision and speed
  • Accounting degree required
  • Strong grasp of GAAP, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
  • A closer’s mindset: you finish what you start and escalate only when necessary
  • Tech-savvy, self-managing, and fluent in remote work best practices
  • Clear written and verbal communicator with proactive, professional English
  • Experience with Keeper App highly desired
  • Must be available full-time, with reliability during U.S. working hours
  • Takes pride in the quality, not just the completion, of their work

Compensation & Benefits

  • $900–$1100/month, depending on experience
  • $500 bonus at 90 days
  • 13th month pay
  • HMO coverage (including dependents)
  • Paid holidays and leave
  • Annual continuing education budget
