Job Responsibilities:

1) Smart Contract Development and Maintenance

1. Write scalable smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, and other languages, contributing to the implementation of DeFi, NFT, and other business logic.

2. Conduct unit tests and debugging of contracts, optimize gas consumption, and enhance on-chain execution efficiency.

3. Participate in contract deployment and upgrade processes, cooperate with security audits, and remediate potential vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy attacks, integer overflows).

2) Blockchain Infrastructure Development

1. Deploy and maintain consortium or public chain nodes, with expertise in configuring and optimizing platforms such as Hyperledger Fabric and Ethereum.

2. Develop on-chain data parsing services to enable transaction broadcasting, block synchronization, and support for multi-chain environments (e.g., EVM, Solana).

3. Design and maintain high-performance microservice architectures, providing stable API endpoints for front-end or third-party integration.

3) Cross-Chain and Interoperability Support

1. Research cross-chain technologies (such as sidechains and atomic swaps), and participate in the development and testing of cross-chain bridges.

2. Implement asset transfers and data exchanges between different blockchains, ensuring the security and consistency of cross-chain transactions.

4) Toolchain and Technology Stack Application

1. Proficient in smart contract development frameworks such as Truffle and Hardhat, as well as interaction libraries like web3.js and ethers.js.

2. Strong command of backend languages such as Go and Rust, and experience building RESTful or gRPC services using frameworks like Gin and Axum.

3. Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and service orchestration.

4. Design and optimize off-chain databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for storing user data and on-chain cache information.

5. Integrate message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) to enable asynchronous task processing and improve system throughput.

5) Quality Assurance and Collaboration

1. Adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews to ensure code readability and maintainability. Develop unit and integration tests to cover the core logic of smart contracts and backend services.

2. Collaborate with CI/CD processes to achieve automated builds, testing, and deployments.

3. Work with front-end teams to provide clear API documentation and technical support, ensuring seamless DApp integration.

4. Communicate with product managers and operations teams to understand business requirements and drive technical solutions to completion.

II. Qualifications

Education: Associate degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with 1–3 years of blockchain development experience.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficient in at least one backend language (Go, Rust, Java) and familiar with the Web3 technology stack.

2. Strong understanding of the smart contract development lifecycle, with knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.

3. Familiarity with distributed systems principles and experience in performance optimization under high-concurrency scenarios.

Bonus Points:

1. Hands-on experience with DeFi, NFT, or cross-chain projects.

2. Familiarity with blockchain development frameworks such as Substrate and Cosmos.

3. Possession of blockchain-related certifications (e.g., Certified Blockchain Developer).
