Position Overview

Drive spot business growth in the crypto/Web3 sector by expanding B2B opportunities with project teams and other clients. Focus areas include partnership development, market insights, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Sourcing and Evaluation: Proactively identify, screen, and assess high-potential crypto/Web3 projects globally, conducting comprehensive due diligence.

2. End-to-End Collaboration: Lead the entire listing process with project teams, including negotiations, contract execution, technical integration, launch coordination, and post-launch relationship management.

3. Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging sectors to develop listing strategies and plans.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the Listing Review Committee, technology, operations, marketing, and legal & compliance teams to ensure a seamless listing process.

5. Ecosystem Development: Co-design post-launch marketing campaigns, liquidity programs, staking products, and other initiatives with project teams to maximize listing impact.

6. Network Expansion: Continuously build and maintain broad relationships with project teams, venture capital firms, and industry KOLs.

Qualifications:

1. Education

• Associate degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, marketing, computer science, or related fields. Strong foundational knowledge and the ability to quickly master Web3 industry concepts.

2. Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in business development, marketing, or related roles. Experience in trading, blockchain technology, or fintech is a plus. Familiarity with B2B operations, client requirements, collaboration models, and channel resources within the industry.

• Proven track record of successful client acquisition and project collaboration. Ability to independently conduct client visits, negotiations, proposal development, and project execution. Rich network of clients and partners is preferred.

3. Professional Knowledge and Skills

• Solid understanding of trading fundamentals, processes, and risk controls. Knowledge of Web3 technologies (e.g., blockchain, smart contracts, distributed ledgers) and their applications in finance. Ability to deliver professional technical presentations and business pitches tailored to company offerings.

• Proficiency in marketing principles and methods, with strong capabilities in market research, data analysis, campaign planning, and brand promotion. Skilled in leveraging various marketing tools and channels to enhance brand awareness and market share.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, able to engage effectively with diverse clients and partners, reach mutual agreements, and finalize contracts. Attentive to client needs and adept at adjusting proposals and strategies accordingly.

• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance policies in trading and Web3. Ability to ensure legal compliance throughout business development activities, monitor policy changes, and provide compliance guidance and risk alerts.
