Job Opening: Remote Product Operations Specialist (Mid–Senior Level) – 1 Position; Base Salary: CNY 15,000–35,000
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of Internet or Web3 product operations experience (GameFi project experience preferred)
• Familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem, NFTs, and token incentive mechanisms; experience in user acquisition or event operations
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; able to independently analyze user behavior and propose optimization recommendations
• Proficient in written English; experienced with mainstream Web3 community tools such as Telegram and Twitter
• Innovative thinker with strong execution capabilities; passionate about gaming and emerging technologies
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience operating a GameFi or Web3 task-based growth platform
Responsibilities
I. Product Operations Support (0→1 Phase)
• Gain an in-depth understanding of GameFi product core mechanics and assist the product team in developing operational strategies from proof of concept to launch
• Devise and execute user acquisition, seed user cultivation, and conversion plans for the product’s cold start phase
II. User Acquisition and Conversion
• Manage the full lifecycle of GameFi users, including acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and re-engagement
• Enhance user engagement and paid conversion through task systems, event mechanics, and incentive designs
• Optimize the conversion funnel and drive growth of key metrics based on user personas and behavioral data
• Plan and execute themed events, NFT/Token incentive campaigns, and other initiatives to achieve user growth and asset accumulation
• Establish and maintain core user communities (e.g., Telegram, Twitter) to foster a positive community atmosphere
III. Data Analysis
• Establish and optimize a user data tracking system to monitor core KPIs such as DAU, retention, and conversion rates
• Identify problematic users and abnormal behaviors through data analysis; collaborate with the risk control team to prevent task farming and cheating
• Produce periodic operations analysis reports to support decision-making for product optimization and marketing strategies
