Description
- Responsible for daily operations management of the beauty salon, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor beauticians to enhance skills and teamwork.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve performance targets.
- Manage inventory and supply chain to control costs.
- Handle customer complaints to maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- No specific educational background required
- 5-10 years of work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible for the daily operations management of the beauty salon
- Create a positive work environment to enhance employee morale
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
