We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in the HVAC, GRMS & Home Automation verticals. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong network in the real estate and hospitality sectors, and a proven track record of driving business through strategic partnerships and direct sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Home Automation, HVAC, and GRMS markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, system integrators, architects, and hospitality clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts in line with company policies.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development within the Home Automation, HVAC, or GRMS sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of smart building technologies and control systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Ability to travel as required.
