Job description

• Must be a high school graduate or higher.
• With a minimum of 6 months experience in a related field.
• Able to report for work on holidays and weekends.
• Able to stand for 8 hours.
• Knowledgeable in POS is a plus.
• No visible tattoo.
• Able to start ASAP with complete requirements:
• NBI, Quezon City Health Permit, QC Mayor's Permit
• SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig and TIN ID Number
• Barangay Certificate

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility:

The Bagger are responsible for quickly and accurately packing customers’ items into paper bag, plastic bag, or reusable box at checkout lanes in retail and grocery stores, helping customers to their cars, and providing excellent customer service.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.

2. Bagging or boxing customer purchases.

3. May act as customer service representative.

4. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

6. Keep the checkout area, bagging area, and cart return area clean and organized.

7. Address customer inquiries politely, provide directions within the store if necessary, and offer general assistance as needed.

8. Check and ensure if all customers items are properly loaded to their vehicles. Ensure there will be no left item in the check-out counter.

9. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Immediate Head and Management.
