• Backend API design, development, and operation for new web services using Go (campaign system, media platform)
• Lead the design and implementation of microservice architecture
• Design and development of integration with existing systems (partially PHP)
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, engage in SRE activities
• （In the future) Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews for mid-level and junior engineers

Job Requirements:

MUST

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in web application development using Go
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs or gRPC with large-scale traffic in mind
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Redis)
• Experience in development and operation within Docker and Kubernetes environments
• Regular use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)

Personality

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, and React Query
• Experience implementing UI from design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
• Practical experience in proposing and improving UI/UX
• Experience managing components using tools like Storybook
• Experience leading team development or serving as a code reviewer
• Experience in development utilizing AI technologies
• Experience in backend development
