We are seeking a Senior Web3 Software Engineer who can independently build highly available, high-concurrency, and scalable Web3 applications, with deep expertise in Golang and Python development. You will be expected to excel at code optimization and refactoring, design robust system architectures, and efficiently deploy and operate on AWS cloud services. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of internet or Web3 development experience, with proven success designing and implementing high-availability architectures • Proficiency in Golang and Python, with strong experience in code optimization and refactoring • Familiarity with smart contracts (Solidity/Rust), EVM internals, and the DeFi/NFT ecosystem • Expertise in high-availability architecture design; solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures • Hands-on experience with AWS, including cloud architecture design, automated operations, and monitoring • Deep knowledge of database optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis), including sharding and read-write separation • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines • Strong English proficiency, able to read technical documentation fluently and contribute to architectural and development discussions
