As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, addressing challenges, and ensuring that the applications you develop align with the overall objectives of the organization. You will also be responsible for making informed decisions that impact your team and the broader project landscape, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.

·      Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

·      Responsible for team decisions.

·      Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

·      Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

·      Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.

·      Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

·      Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.

·      Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Node.js, C#

·      Strong understanding of web application development and RESTful services.

·      Experience with database management systems such as MongoDB or MySQL.

·      Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

·      Experience in version control systems, particularly Git.
