Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to homeowners to generate leads
- Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
- Build rapport and identify seller motivation
- Gather property information and update CRM records
- Assist with light admin tasks (data entry, follow-ups, scheduling)
- Support the acquisitions team and meet performance metrics
Job Requirements
- Entry-level welcome — no experience required
- Clear English speaking voice (neutral accent preferred)
- Comfortable with high-volume calls
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM use is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and coachable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic real estate knowledge is a plus but not required
