Senior Auto Technician

Job Description
1. Diagnose and repair luxury vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Porsche, etc.).
2. Lead and supervise a team of mechanics in completing repair tasks.
3. Perform quality control on maintenance and repair work.
4. Train junior technicians and improve workshop efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years of experience in luxury car maintenance and repair.
2. Strong knowledge of OBD diagnostic tools and vehicle systems.
3. Proven leadership and team management experience.
4. Responsible, technically skilled, and detail-oriented.
