We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Auditor to support the internal audit team in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.

Experience in logistics or supply chain processes is a strong advantage, especially in companies with import/export or distribution operations.

• Assist in planning and executing internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan.
• Review and assess financial records, reports, and accounting systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Examine internal controls to ensure the integrity of operations, including purchasing, inventory, and logistics transactions.
• Conduct audits of warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes (if applicable).
• Identify and document audit findings and recommend improvements.
• Prepare clear and concise audit working papers and reports.
• Collaborate with departments to follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
• Assist in the evaluation of compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support external audits and regulatory inspections by providing requested documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of audit experience is a plus.
• Experience or knowledge in logistics, warehousing is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
