Job Description
- Conduct daily cash counts from vaults across all branches to maintain financial accuracy
- Perform weekly spot audits of cashiers’ cash on hand and sales in all branches
- Conduct manual and POS-based daily sales audits to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Oversee spot audits of petty cash and validate receipts for reimbursement and liquidation
- Manage and supervise the Cashier department, ensuring accuracy in cash handling, compliance with company policies, and efficient daily operations
- Ensure adherence to internal control standards by reviewing records and operational practices
- Job Title: Auditor
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in auditing roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, internal and financial audit processes, and strong reporting capabilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for audits.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and analytical thinking.
