Description
- The Smoke Free Products Analyst (SFPA) is responsible for monitoring all the activities inside SFP warehouse.
- He/ She must ensure that actual system data are matched by conducting surprise monthly, and yearly cycle counts regularly, as prescribed by the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) agreed with the principal.
- The SFPA also monitors consumables, devices, single line unit and accessories.
- He/ She directs the warehouse and replenishment team to ensure that picking for dispatch will run smoothly and also checks all the delivery note will reflect in LES.
- He/ She also prepares numerous reports pertaining to the monitoring and inventory of stocks in the warehouse and LES vs. SAP comparison daily.
Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates
- Proficiency in Ms Excel
- Proficiency in SAP, WMS or other inventory – related systems is a plus
- Ability to do inventory count and reconciliation Report generation
- Ability to collaborate with customers
- Ability to collaborate with the warehouse team
- Communication Skills
