Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients throughout their project.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding project timelines, milestones, and next steps.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, including document preparation and coordination.
  • Manage and respond to incoming client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings, site visits, and internal handovers between clients and project teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the team on design, approvals, construction and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication across departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs in the CRM system and Project Management system.
  • Support the team in managing variations, selections, and documentation processes.
  • Assist in preparation of project packs, reports, and handover documentation


Requirements

  • Working on Australian is a must
  • Experience in a Building Constructions and renovation's industry is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a client support, administration, or coordination role (preferably in construction, building, or a related industry).
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software and CRM systems.
  • A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
