QIAGEN Manila is a service provider offering Supply Chain Management, Customer Care, Accounting, Technical Services, and sales support activities to QIAGEN's global operations. QIAGEN N.V. is a leading global provider of Sample to Insight solutions that enable customers to gain valuable molecular insights. The company serves customers in Molecular Diagnostics, Applied Testing, Pharma, and Academia sectors worldwide.

Role Responsibilities

- Responsible for customer satisfaction, building customer relationships, and selling the QIAGEN services in the assigned region.

- Proactively sell instrument service contracts for QIAGEN installed instruments to end customers by using the installed base data.

- Partner with other QIAGEN sales representatives to sell service agreements to key customers.

- Contact customers primarily via the telephone or electronic channels.

- Utilize the Customer relationship database to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness and aid sales.

- Utilize pre-call planning for increased effectiveness, work along an action plan to implement company strategy and marketing activities.

Role Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably with a scientific background

- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this role.

- Previous service contract selling experience preferred (especially if done by phone/electronic communication)

- Scientific background in Molecular Biology or disciplines and/or practical laboratory experience or experience with instrument service preferred.

- Language skills: English native speaker or excellent business fluent.

- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Customer and service-orientation.


Note:

Hybrid set-up upon 6 months (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH), Onsite work during Probationary period

Location: McKinley West, Taguig city

Shift schedule: North America / Night
