Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 4 years of industry-related project management experience
  • Solid knowledge of social media advertising platforms and Google Adwords
  • Solid people management and communication skills and have strong resourcing skills
  • Possess great organisational competencies and be able to manage the creative process from start to finish
  • Relish working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • College degree holder preferably of Marketing, Business, or Communication related course
  • Resourcing experience with high volume traffic projects
  • Adept at briefing creative teams and reporting into clients
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies


Job Description:

  • Managing the planning and implementation of projects to improve traffic flow, including coordinating with other departments, suppliers and clients
  • Timely monitoring of project status and deadline
  • Updating management by reporting on project status, workloads and accounts
  • Providing timely communication between departments including digital, accounts and creatives
  • Setting up and Monitoring schedules
  • Internal coordination with Admin on what should be billed
  • Proper distribution of tasks per projects
  • Oversees and maintains the marketing efforts of a company to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to client directions
  • Monitor progress of ad campaigns, decide placement of ads, troubleshoot issues, generate progress reports
  • Recommends new process, additional manpower, etc
  • Execute end-to-end event plans, timelines, and budgets (including permits, etc.)
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Manage event setup, operation, and breakdown
  • Oversee inventory of materials and supplies
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and resolve issues that may arise
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of services
  • Supervise on-site staff and volunteers and troubleshoot on-site issues
  • Prepare and manage event budgets and conduct post-event financial reconciliation
  • Gather and analyze feedback for preparation of post-event reports
  • Perform any other related tasks that may be assigned


Hybrid in Makati City. At least twice a week onsite.
