- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to meet sales goals and uphold service excellence
- Building strong relationships with customers and handling feedback with professionalism
- Leading, motivating, and mentoring your team to achieve performance and service targets
- Planning staff rosters and delivering training on customer service and product knowledge
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Managing inventory, operational costs, and restaurant profitability
- Preparing timely reports on staffing, sales, and performance for the Operations Head
- Coordinating with suppliers, licensing authorities, and internal teams
- Taking on additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
- 4 years’ experience in Chinese Restaurant and customer service;
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests;
- Ability to satisfactorily with co-worker;
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
- College education and / or previous hospitality experience; knowledge of Chinese food product
