Job Purpose

As an Art Director, you will develop creative concepts, key visuals, and designs for social media ads, online campaigns, and digital content. You’ll collaborate with writers, strategists, and creatives to bring brand stories to life, ensuring all outputs align with campaign goals and brand identity.

Responsibilities

Creative Ideation & Concept Development

• Interpret client briefs and transform them into innovative creative concepts that align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
• Develop and execute creative ideas, concepts, and key visuals for digital campaigns, social media ads, online advertising, and brand content.
• Translate data, insights, and strategic direction into visually compelling creative outputs.
• Lead the visual direction and execution of campaigns, ensuring consistency and high-quality output across multiple touchpoints.
• Generate ideas and visual treatments for client presentations, internal reviews, and new business pitches.

Design & Execution

• Design and animate social media ads, display banners, short-form videos, animations, and other digital assets.
• Develop visual guidelines for brands, campaigns, and creative projects.
• QA - Ensure all assets are aligned with brand identity and meet quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback and learnings constructively to refine creative outputs.
• Experiment with new formats, styles, and digital tools to elevate creative execution.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with strategists, copywriters, and developers to create cohesive campaigns.
• Stay updated on digital design trends, AI-driven creative tools, and motion graphics.

What We’d Like to See

• Proven experience in art direction, motion graphics, and creative development (preferably in an agency).
• Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and digital design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaign ideas, KVs, paid ads, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to confidently present and communicate creative ideas.
• Passion for experimenting with creative tools, AI, and new formats to improve/automate creative process.
• Prior experience working in digital or creative advertising agencies.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Motion graphics and video editing experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret and find creative solutions to client briefs and revisions.
• Digital-savvy with an interest in creative technology and AI-driven design tools.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative mindset, working effectively with copywriters, account teams, and other creative professionals.
