Job Description
Duties:
- To lead, coach and train Sales personnel to achieve sales target
- To prepare, facilitate and implement sales program
- To promote good customer service at all times
- To update and submit reports needed by the Management in connection to duties and responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Sales Supervisor
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
