Description
- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives in a designated area.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Conduct training and performance evaluations for team members.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Key Account Management, Sales Strategy, and Sales Management.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with travel to meet clients and attend meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
