Job Description
- Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints.
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and preferences.
- Oversee construction processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality.
- Stay updated on building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Must be an PRC holder.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of professional experience in architectural design.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Modeling, Revit, SketchUp, and understanding of architectural structure and building materials.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential site visits for project evaluations.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, creativity, effective communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
