We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Application Support Specialist (Level 2) to join our Application Support team. In this role, you will handle more complex technical issues escalated by Level 1 support, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and ensure smooth operation of our software products. This position is ideal for IT professionals looking to deepen their technical expertise and grow in an application support career.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for our software applications, addressing technical issues escalated from Level 1 support.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex system issues to minimize disruption to operations.
• Assist in monitoring application performance, identifying potential issues, and recommending improvements.
• Train and mentor Level 1 support team members on troubleshooting procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support, application support, or a related role preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Knowledge of software applications, databases, and system integration concepts.
• Experience with ticketing systems, incident tracking, and ITIL processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules
• Must be willing to work onsite in Marcos Highway, Antipolo City.
