1. Repair / troubleshoot copier, laser and inkjet
2. Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and copier management software.
3. Responsible to "Test Print" units upon delivery to clients to ensure (1) quality of print out and (2) alignment of pick-up roller and feeder part
4. Providing routine service and maintenance to all service units based on schedule
5. Do technical visits in different areas nationwide
6. Prepare and submit inspections reports to immediate superior
7. Providing excellent customer support and service.
8. Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry.
9. Back up technician when there is sudden problem calls from the clients.

Perform any other task as advised by his immediate superior to meet the company’s goals and objectives

1. Any technical course or technical-vocational course is an advantage
2. At least 2 years' experience as a copier technician.
3. Good knowledge of copier and printer technology
4. Experienced in printer troubleshooting
5. Computer Literate
6. Maintenance experience handling multiple brands printers (HP, Canon, Brother, Konica, Fuji Xerox, etc.)
7. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
8. Owns a motorcycle and with valid driver's license, defensive driver
