About the role

We’re seeking a Data & IT Analytics Manager to support our business and technology teams in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing IT operations. You’ll extract, clean, and analyze data using tools like Google Sheets and Looker, produce reports and dashboards, and identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps. The role also involves maintaining databases and analytics frameworks, implementing data governance policies, and mentoring junior analysts. On the IT side, you’ll oversee a fully remote team, manage Google Workspace and other core systems, enforce IT policies and security standards, and recommend new technologies—including AI tools—to improve operational efficiency. Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in remote team management, data analytics, IT operations, and modern enterprise software. Experience with Looker, Google Workspace administration, and AI/ML tools is highly preferred.

Your days will be filled with:

Data Analytics

• Extract, clean, and analyze data using Google Sheets, Looker, and other analytics tools.
• Produce reports and insights that support business decisions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps in complex datasets.
• Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, and analytics frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
• Mentor junior analysts and support leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Implement data governance policies and conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Information Technology

• Lead and mentor an IT team.
• Manage and optimize core systems—especially Google Workspace.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and security standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and prioritize high-impact projects.
• Recommend and implement new technologies, including AI tools, for efficiency and automation.
• Oversee IT budget, procurement, and vendor relationships.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience Leading Remote Teams: At least 3 years of successfully managing an IT team in a fully remote or distributed environment; experience with remote monitoring and management tools is essential.
• Google Workspace Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including advanced security, user management, and system integrations. Certification is a plus.
• Looker Experience: Hands-on experience building dashboards, data models, and reports in Looker; strong understanding of LookML and data visualization best practices.
• Strategic Technology Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise software, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and modern SaaS solutions.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) Knowledge: Working familiarity with AI and ML tools, including generative AI use cases that enhance operations and efficiency.
• Exceptional Decision-Making: Ability to make timely, informed decisions on technical issues, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across distributed teams.

• Comfortable using a time tracking tool

• Primary: Minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
• Backup: At least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
