Description

Role Overview

If you’ve ever juggled 10+ Amazon clients and wondered, “Is this really the best I can do?”—you’re not alone. We’ve been there. That’s exactly why Dracula Media exists.

We’re not another chaotic agency. We’re a strategic partner that builds in-house advertising teams and systems for high-performing Amazon brands. And in this role, your job isn’t to “talk to clients” or “create strategies”—it’s to manage, optimize, and enhance advertising that actually works.

We feel your pain. That’s why Dracula Media was built.

What you do want is to go deep. To test, optimize, and see how every ad type impacts the big picture. You want space to experiment, systems to support you, and a role where your craft—not your charm—matters most.

And because we’ve sat where you’re sitting, we’ve fixed what broke you:

  • Sales teams don’t close bad-fit accounts just to hit quota.
  • “Deep work” isn’t a slogan—it’s protected time, not just a nice idea.
  • Culture isn’t pizza on Fridays—it’s people who actually understand your lane.
You want something better. And so do we.

At Dracula Media, you’ll manage 2–4 quality accounts at a time. You’ll have clarity, clean systems, and time to think. You won’t be expected to handle strategy calls or client management. Instead, you’ll go deep in the Amazon platform, surrounded by people who love what they do.

If systems, clarity, and focus give you goosebumps, - we’re your people.

This is a rare chance to become the PPC manager you know you could be—if someone just gave you the environment to actually thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & OwnershipImplement and manage a full marketing funnel strategy - Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Video Ads.
  • Bonus: Bring experience with AMC and DSP—or be genuinely excited to learn and apply advanced Amazon Advertising tactics in 2025
  • Align with the Amazon Strategist to understand each brand’s goals and advertising objectives.
  • Build and maintain organized, scalable campaign structures.
  • Apply naming conventions, campaign grouping, and match type structures as outlined in internal SOPs

  • Execute ongoing bid, budget, and placement adjustments to stay within campaign goals
  • Track and diagnose performance issues across the full PPC funnel
  • Follow and apply internal testing strategies, don’t rely on reactive optimization alone
  • Explore and implement new ad types or features released by Amazon
  • Identify low-efficiency areas and propose structural improvements where needed
  • Follow recurring task structure for campaign health: daily/weekly monitoring, monthly optimization reviews, and bi-weekly/monthly performance reporting
  • Update Notion SOPs when improvements to processes, naming, or logic are introduced
  • New Launch & Initiative Launches

  • Skilled in managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display, and Video ad types
  • Strong analytical mindset—confident in Excel/Sheets, formulas, and digging into data
  • Familiar with performance KPIs: ACoS, TACoS, CVR, CTR, and how they drive decisions
  • Experience using Amazon Advertising Console + tools like Helium10, DataDive, SellerBoard
  • Able to follow structured naming conventions, SOPs, and systemized reporting workflows
  • Comfortable working async in tools like Slack, Notion, Loom (with 4–6h overlap in EET)

  • You’re in a life stage where focus, consistency, and growth matter

Bonus Points

  • Managed campaigns in EU marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES, UK)
  • Exposure to AMC or DSP
  • Experience with platforms like Perpetua, Pacvue, or AdLabs
