Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple e-commerce projects, ensuring deadlines are met and all tasks are aligned.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Create engaging presentations using Canva as needed.
  • Monitor inventory and manage product orders on the Amazon Seller Platform, ensuring timely order placement.
  • Obtain shipment quotes, book containers, and monitor shipments from freight carriers after onboarding.
  • Manage shipment status, troubleshoot issues, and communicate delays or decision-making options to leadership.
  • Support administrative tasks, including file and calendar management, email management, and executive assistance.
  • Assist with social media management (organic posting) and general e-commerce operations.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, operations, or a similar coordination role.
  • Proficient in Canva for presentation creation.
  • Prior experience with the Amazon Seller Platform and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suites, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
  • Experience in admin support, executive assistance, data entry, file and calendar management, email management, and operations management.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • E-commerce management experience is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience in the CPG industry.
  • Bonus: Mandarin language skills (for communication with suppliers in Taiwan Time).
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must have own working asset (Computer - Atleast i5 processor and 4GB Ram; Webcam; Noise Cancelling Headset)
  • Must be amenable to working with time trackers (example: Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Clockify, Team Logger)
