Job Title: Amazon Private Label and PPC Specialist (Part time)
Location: Work from home, Philippines
Hours: Approximately 3 to 5 hours per week, flexible
Pay: AUD 5 to 8 per hour, depending on experience

About the role
We are an Australian owned business with a UK based private label brand on Amazon.
You will be managing a UK marketplace private label brand for an Australian client.
We are looking for an experienced Amazon specialist in the Philippines to manage our advertising campaigns, support A plus content, and stay on top of performance every week. You will work closely with our creative team to brief and improve images and video so the brand stays competitive and profitable.
Key responsibilities
1. Campaign and ad management
- Set up, manage, and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Monitor Amazon Ads and Ad Console several times per week within your agreed hours.
- Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to reach ACOS and TACOS targets.
- Manage keyword research, search term reports, and negative keywords.
- Run regular tests on creatives, headlines, and placements.
2. Private label brand management
- Work only on our private label listings, not arbitrage or wholesale.
- Review competitor listings, pricing, and offers on the UK marketplace.
- Suggest changes to offers, pricing, and promotions based on data.
- Coordinate with the team on review strategy and listing quality.
3. A plus content and listings
- Review current listings and A plus content for clarity, keyword coverage, and conversion.
- Brief the creative team on images, infographics, comparison charts, and brand story modules.
- Check uploads on Amazon once the creative team delivers the assets.
- Suggest ongoing improvements based on performance data.
4. Creative and video ads
- Plan what image and video assets are needed for ads and product detail pages.
- Provide clear briefs to designers and video editors with examples and references.
- Review final assets before upload and confirm they meet Amazon guidelines.
- Monitor performance of video ads and propose changes when needed.
5. Reporting and optimisation
- Prepare a short weekly performance summary with key numbers, including ACOS, TACOS, ad spend, sales, best and worst performers, and search terms.
- Flag any issues early, including sudden drops in performance or policy warnings.
- Keep simple dashboards or spreadsheets up to date.
Skills and experience
- Strong experience managing Amazon Ads for private label brands, with at least one year of hands on experience in Amazon PPC and Ad Console.
- Confident in managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Confident in keyword research and search term analysis.
- Experience with bid and budget optimisation and negative keyword strategy.
- Good understanding of listing optimisation, including titles, bullet points, images, and A plus content.
- Experience working with a creative team and giving clear, structured briefs.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for basic reports and analysis.
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar.
- Strong English reading and writing skills, with a focus on UK marketplace wording.
