Description

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across Amazon fulfilment centres.
  • Coordinate shipments and replenishments to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Work with suppliers and logistics teams to streamline the inbound shipping process.

Amazon Account & Performance Management

  • Monitor Amazon account health metrics, including inventory performance, order defect rates, and customer feedback.
  • Resolve FBA-related issues such as stranded inventory, incorrect ASIN assignments, and suppressed listings.
  • Keep up-to-date with Amazon’s policies and compliance requirements.

Order & Returns Management

  • Ensure smooth order fulfillment, addressing delays or errors proactively.
  • Handle customer returns, refunds, and replacements while maintaining a positive seller rating.
  • Analyze return reasons and implement corrective actions to reduce returns.

FBA Fee & Cost Optimization

  • Analyze Amazon’s FBA fees and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to minimize storage fees, long-term storage penalties, and removal costs.
  • Optimize product packaging and labelling to meet Amazon’s standards while reducing costs.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate reports on FBA efficiency, profitability, and operational performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve listing performance, conversion rates, and inventory turnover.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing FBA operations or a similar e-commerce fulfillment role.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, inventory management, and FBA policies.
  • Proficiency in using Amazon reports and analytics tools (e.g., Inventory Performance Dashboard, FBA Fee Reports).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot Amazon fulfillment issues.
  • Experience working with suppliers, logistics teams, and warehouse operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
