Job Description
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and cleanings.
- Respond to customer service calls promptly.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Possess strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Educational Qualifications: Must have a High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as an air conditioning technician, preferably in high-rise buildings.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems; strong troubleshooting skills; knowledge of building codes.
- Working Conditions: May involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and exposure to varying temperatures.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, dependable, good communicator, and able to work independently.
