- Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems in various types of buildings.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
- Install, replace, and upgrade air conditioning units and components.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with construction teams for installation in new buildings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge in historical, agricultural, commercial, intelligent, prefabricated, green, high-rise, and public building construction
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working Conditions: May involve working in confined spaces and heights
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
