Description

  • Conduct soil and plant analysis to enhance agricultural productivity.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, or Soil Science.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in agronomy or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of plant and soil science, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct field tests, analyze data, develop crop management plans, and collaborate with farmers.
  • Working Conditions: Fieldwork outdoors and office-based research & analysis.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and a passion for sustainable agriculture.
