Home Office Budget
1. Timeliness: The main job responsibility is to receive clients who visit and consult on the company's external platform, and answer their questions.
2. Professional: Proficient in platform operation, able to accurately respond to customer inquiries; Help customers understand company services and improve satisfaction
3. Feedback: Collect and organize customer feedback information, and provide timely feedback to the company
4. Maintenance: Maintain platform information and regularly update and maintain it to maintain customer loyalty

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited, experience not limited, English CET-4 or above, CET-6 preferred, experience in foreign trade customer service preferred;
2. Strong affinity, outgoing and cheerful, good at communication, with good customer-oriented thinking and ability, and strong customer service awareness;
3. Strong learning ability, obedience to management, and strong self-discipline;
4. Love the cross-border e-commerce industry, love the Internet, have a keen user perspective and strong empathy.
5. Strong ability to withstand pressure, able to endure hardship, and have a strong sense of responsibility;
6. Ability to use basic office software, proficient in using WORD EXCEL、 PPT。
