Job Overview
We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in planning, running, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on lead generation, audience targeting, performance tracking, and continuous optimization based on data and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (including Google 360), TikTok Ads Manager, and Bing Ads
  • Plan and execute campaigns targeting specific audience segments
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize using key metrics: CPL, CPR, CPM, CTR
  • Analyze data and suggest changes in creatives, targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies
  • Design, test, and optimize landing pages to improve lead conversion
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages
  • Track performance and share actionable Insights with the team
  • Ensure cost efficiency and ROI across campaigns


Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Bing Ads
  • Strong understanding of paid ad metrics:
  1. Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  2. Cost Per Result (CPR)
  3. CPM (Cost per 1,000 impressions)
  4. CTR (Click-Through Rate)
  • Ability to analyze metrics and recommend performance improvements
  • Experience running lead generation campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and tracking
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently


Preferred

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of CRO and performance optimization
  • Basic familiarity with Canva or Figma

Necessities

  • Ability to work during EST (Eastern Standard Time) hours and comfortably align schedules with the US time zone.
