We're looking for an Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to help businesses reach their target audience and achieve measurable results. The role focuses on maximizing return on ad spend through data-driven strategy, creative testing, and continuous optimization.

Experience

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in running paid ads (Facebook/Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Experience managing ad budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, conversions, or lead generation
• Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization is a plus

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other ad platforms
• Strong understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structure
• Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and generate performance reports
• Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and marketing funnels
• Familiarity with tracking tools (pixels, UTM parameters, conversion APIs)
• Understanding of ad policy compliance across platforms
• Basic skills in creative development (copywriting, design briefing) are an advantage
