Plan, create, and execute ad campaigns on platforms such, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
Develop and manage ad campaigns on e-commerce platforms, optimizing for sales and visibility
Create and optimize engaging video ad content tailored for TikTok's audience to drive engagement and conversions.
Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to improve results.
Conduct thorough keyword research to optimize ad content and targeting.
Perform A/B testing to determine the most effective ad formats, headlines, and targeting strategies.
Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Identify and target the right audience segments to ensure ads reach the most relevant users.
Work closely with the e-commerce team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online advertising and digital marketing.

Proven experience as an Ads Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge in online advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok advertising is highly preferred.
