Description
- Compiling, maintaining and updating company records
- Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials
- Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions
- Training, onboarding and supervising junior clerks
- Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines and multimedia instruments
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any Business Course, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year / Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in clerical work, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, effective communicator, and a team player.
