- Provide administrative support to project terms, management, and field staff.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, purchase orders, and reports
- Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and timelines dto ensure compliance with financial and operation objectives.
- Support procurement and inventory management for construction materials and equipment.
- Assist with invoicing, timesheets, and other project-related financial tasks.
