Job Description
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
- Maintain and organize office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as requested.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the office and assist other staff as needed.
- College Graduate; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
