- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, excellent time-management, billing accuracy, knowledge of move-in/move-out processes, and strong communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage billing tasks, coordinate move-in/move-out, maintain clear communication with clients, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for fieldwork. Have motorcycle
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused.
