- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Perform data entry and update databases with accurate information
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies and order new stock as needed
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned
- At least HS Graduate
- At least 20 to 32 years old
- Familiar with MS Office and has basic computer knowledge
- Willing to report in Mandaluyong City
