- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support, manage schedules, analyze data, and assist in communication tasks.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with data entry and report generation
- Handle inquiries and communicate with clients and vendors
- Perform general office tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong scheduling and time management abilities, effective written communication, excellent organizational skills, and basic data analysis.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
