- Handle complex and nonstandard deals & contracts
- Support administration and process management
- Manage escalations and drive issue resolution
- Build deep expertise in contract requirements
- Participate in UAT and collaborate with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Fluent in English & professional-level Korean (TOPIK 4/5 preferred)
- Background in operations, sales support, or contract management
- Experience in an international business environment
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
