- Coordinate with lessors
- Prepare payment request forms
- Oversee vehicle renewal processes
- Monitor vehicle masterfile records
- Handle document transmittal
- Manage insurance-related tasks
- Process job orders and other payment requisition forms
- Conduct field/offsite tasks
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed
- Graduate of any course
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday
- Can start ASAP
