Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Team Admin to provide administrative and operational support to our training and support teams. This role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by handling scheduling, documentation, reporting, and communication tasks. The Support Team Admin will act as the central point of coordination for the team, ensuring processes are followed and deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the support/training team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and trackers accurately.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Coordinate internal communications and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Support the onboarding and training process by managing training schedules and logistics.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and timelines.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in a corporate or BPO setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
